Performance for Adults

Mime Explains String TheorySheila-24Feb10-0043.JPG

or, Mime Explains Life, Death

In her performance for adults, the mime starts before birth, ends after death, and toddles unsteadily through the thirteen stages of woman. She accidentally uncovers the meaning of life and struggles to communicate it.

It's a talking mime show. It's a two-person solo. It's a serious comedy with quirky humor, uplifting surprises,  puppetry, metaphysics, and metaphor. It leaves audiences with that rising feeling.

What people have said about it:
"I laughed till I cried!"
"It was brilliant!"
"I loved the story."
"It was deep. I could see the web that connects us all."
"It was a touching, amazing and moving performance."
"The things we cannot see become visible."
"Beautifully done--downright poetic."

Available for touring 2010-2011

The Juggler Who Drops! The Mime Who Talks!

Her performance for children includes juggling (and dropping) while she talks about the importance of failure in learning and growing. She juggles and tells a story about setting a positive mental attitude to aim for success. She gives a lecture-demonstration about mime and even performs silent mime pieces! At the end of the performance, she can teach mime or juggling to up to 30 audience members.
